29.04.2025 а magnetic storm is not expected.
In data for April 28 no significant enhancement of interplanetary scintillation is observed. Over the last three days strong solar flares have not occured. On April 29 a magnetic storm is not expected.

About project
The project goal of BSA-SpaceWeather is short-term space weather forecast by observation data from the BSA LPI. radio telescope. Prediction for the moment of CME or CIR arrival to Earth is conducted by observation of compact (scintillating) radio sources in meter-range of wave lengths. The work is conducted in Pushchino radio astronomy observatory of the Astro-space center of LPI (PRAO ASC LPI).
The «Space weather» projectstarted in 2006 after the beam array of BSA LPI was turned to 111 MHz and start of monitoring observations. In the beginning these observations were unregular but after the second reconstruction of the array finished in 2013 observations became daily and round-the-clock. Few independent beam systems were created based on one array field. One of them having 128 unruled beams covering declinations from -9 to +55 degrees is used in the «Space weather» project.
The «BSA LPI» section is about features of the array used for the forecast.
The «Space weather» section is a brief introduction to the topic and explanation of some basic terms for non-specialists.
The «Forecast» section presents the space weather forecast, the observations data of the BSA LPI and other data used for the forecast.
The «Survey» section is a review of publications of space weather of PRAO ASC LPI – it is the base used for the forecast.
The «Publications» section presents the list of publications on the project using the results of monitoring at the BSA LPI.
